So I'm moving from Boston to North Park in August and i'll nee a new homebrew store...who has the best prices/selections??? Thanks in advance for the help!
Check out The Homebrewer (thehomebrewersd.com) on El Cajon Blvd. They are a new shop that recently opened, in fact having their Grand Opening party tonight, and will be closest to you in North Park. George and Molly who own and run the place are great people and good friends of mine.
there is the ballast point Homebrew shop which has people with the most experience, but they are not necessarly known for being friendly and they are pricey. The place I have been going to a good amount lately is Best Damn Homebrew Shop, located in the same store as Best Damn Beer Shop in downtown. p.s. : I have some caps I was saving up and going to message about sending you soon. Now that you are moving to SD maybe we can meet up and I can just give them to you in person.
thanks for the tips guys! nano, lets do that....bottle share, brew day, something of that nature perhaps. i'll be bringing my east coast cellar with me, and my secret recipes as well ( so secret i dont even know what they taste like!)
