I’m taking my annual trip to SD in July. Is there any new breweries, beer bars, or bottle shops that have opened in the last year that I should check out?
Depends on where you're staying, what you've hit before. I really like Kairoa that just opened in University Heights. Gravity Heights in Sorrento Valley as well. Both serve good beers and good food. Latchkey and Melvin are fairly new, you may not have been before. Deft is older, but under the radar of most and they make great international styles if you want a break from the non-stop IPAs. Burning Beard is even older, but worth a visit if you haven't been before.
Anyone? I’m in OB near the noodle house. Plenty of liquor stores around but too lazy to go into all of them. Any shops to note in OB?
