San Fran Help

    I am coming to San Fran from Chicago in 2 weeks and looking for advise on restaurants, brewery's, bars to visit in the city. Any guidance would be appreciated.

    My phone appreciates you mocking it's autocorrect. Would have been too easy to just answer the question. And for the record, I was looking for smaller/ less main stream places with beer someone from outside the area wouldn't be aware of.

    I have no idea how your phone would turn "breweries" into "brewery's", but fine, autocorrect, let's blame everything on that.

    Man. MateVeze so doesn't do it for me. I like what they're trying to do, but it just isn't good.

    I don't think the place at 18th and Dolores is actually a brewing operation, it's just an empanada place/bar. They do have some pretty cool stuff available though.

    They will brew eventually. Have a small 1.5 barrel system setup. Just haven't brewed yet.

    Grab a sandwich at Ike's Place. Make sure to check the online menu before you go, though, cuz they don't actually have the full menu at the store.
