San Francisco help: 1 night before heading to Cabo

    hello BAs looking for a little assistance from the west coast. I'll be in San Francisco for one night before I depart to Cabo in the morning. I know that there is little to no craft beer in Mexico so I need to get my craft beer fix out of the way before I take the plunge into some mediocre beers and a ton of tequila. so can any of you point me in the right direction? the only place I'll definetly hit up is toronado. thanks for the help. cheers!

    Magnolia is a must-visit, and Alembic. Best places in the city after Toronado.

    Also check out BevMo Geary for the best bottle shop in the city.

    In the city, you want to make sure you hit up Thirsty Bear, Pac Brew Labs, and Social Kitchen. They're amongst the top up-and-coming breweries in the Bay Area.

    City Beer Store!!

    While in Cabo, try: Baja Beer, Rámuri, Cucapá, 686, Agua Mala, Insurgente and Old Mission. All of those breweries are from our Northwest, you should find'em

    I'll be in SF on Monday and heard city beer store is closed on Mondays. I'll def check out those spots in cabo since I'll be there for a week. thnx

    Just a heads up, those are not spots in cabo, are breweries produced in the Northwest part of México and I thought are your best bets regarding mexican craft beer. Don't know of an exact location where you can buy them but will ask.

    Not beer related but hit up Mama's Royal Cafe in Cabo. Best breakfast place in the world IMO.

    It was a joke - they are known for not changing up their taplist much.

    That said, Pliny, Row 2, Moonlight stuff, Palate Wrecker and some of the other beers they have on right now would be pretty awesome for someone coming in from out-of-town.
