Hop online now and reserve a spot on the Anchor Brewing tour. If you wait until you arrive, it'll be much too late as it sells out well in advance. The brewery is one of the best tours in California.
Cellarmaker is great! Definitely go there. Mikeller Bar always has good taps, and food is good but pricey. City Beer Store is close to the above spots and has had great stuff on tap recently. Also a couple cool bars to check out - Bourbon and Branch, Toronado (even though it smells like ass in there), Whiskey Thieves, Gestalt.
Hey! It's supposed to smell like that! The Toronado has been marinating for 25+ years. (That's not ass...that's experience) A must see along with Anchor Brewing.
