Sanctification... All Brett, or are there other bugs?

    Does RR Sanctification (100% Brett ferment) have any other bugs in it? It says it is a sour ale, but also says that it is 100% Brett. Just wondering if it has any Lacto ot Pedio or if it is just straight wort and Brett? Thanks.

    just picked up a case yesterday and it is so much better than last years batch, just because last years version was pretty flat and this years version is perfectly carbonated

    Sanctification is awesome this bottling. I bought 6 of them and 10 D23 the other week. Last D23 out there that I can find. I will be buying more Sanctification for sure, just a painful price. My sour hating wife loves it.

    yeah this latest batch is freaking outstanding. Need to crack my cellared bottle soon (it's either batch 4 or 5)

    Had some on tap last night. Definitely some lactic bacteria doing their thing. The 100% Brett thing is just that there is no saccharomyces yeast involved. A fun experiment, but I still prefer temptation.

    The only bottle I ever had was pretty flat. Glad I wasn't the only one thinking that. I'll definitely have to revisit with a carbonated bottle at some point.
