Anyone know if there is a tv(s) at the brewery? Thinking of coming for the 1 year anniversary party but also can't miss the jets game.

Didn't that stout just go into the barrels 2 months ago?

I heard it was promises and one from someone who was there the other night. He sent me pictures of the labeled cases. I mentioned the even mo as a possible third can, but he said no promises and one.

2 cans, 130 cases of each, limit one case of each, One and Even Mo Mofo. Limits too high, this will cause the hysteria of a line and people will certainly get shut out.

Line wasn't awful, most likely due to the weather. I was in my car about 10 minutes after they opened.

Drinking a can of One right now. Tasting fantastic.

Amazing first year for Sand City.

I rarely go to can releases as I hate lines, but these guys make great stuff and the line report from @Comparison_Ford was encouraging so I went. Got there at 12:00pm, about 60 or so people in front of me, out by 12:30. Was about 30 people behind me when I left, couldnt tell how much beer was left, but employees were counting people so they were probably doing math on whether they should cut limits. Limits were still a case per beer when I bought, I picked up two of each.

    Thanks @Comparison_Ford for line recon!

Drinking a can of Even Mo Mofo now. Might be my favorite can that I got this weekend. I never really got the blueberry notes that people talk about with mosaic, but this one has a pretty dominant blueberry flavor. Amazing stuff.

Yeah. Pretty painless. Got there about 12:15, had my 12/12 by 12:35/12:40. Ran into a buddy on line so went back in and had a Fade to Jade. Tried the 1 and the imperial stout...both top notch.

Great atmosphere, I really wanted to stay but had to leave. Cheap growler fills too.

Even Mo and One are amazing, as is the Rebellion stout (which will be off the charts good when it comes out of those bourbon barrels).

Cheers to Sand City -- They've killed it from go and have kept that level of quality conistent through their first year. Here's to many more!

It was weird seeing people drinking on line today. I guess it was okay since the weather was so crappy and no one was really walking around town, but I really can't see that shit flying on a day when the weather is nice.

Northport isn't Brooklyn. Cops drive around that area constantly and the locals are far less permissive. There's no way they're gonna put up with a bunch of out-of-towners drinking on the streets before noon. I really hope today was a fluke because if people keep that up the party's gonna be over real quick.

I was on line a lot later than you, but I didn't see one person drinking. The people on line next to me were awesome.

Maybe it was just the early crowd. But there was definitely one group that brought a cardboard box of bottles, cans and solo cups and were sharing cups throughout the line. Some of them weren't even trying to hide it. Saw two dudes drinking cans of Mylar Bags and Forever Simcoe out in the open.

Other than that one group, everyone else was pretty cool.
