No the remaining foam will be tasteless in your beer unless it significant amounts (a lot)

The bigger issue here is using the bottle brush after sanitizing. You should clean the bottles first and then sanitize.

I've always used the dishwasher method for sanitizing and it's worked really well for me. The key is to remember to run the dishwasher a few hours before you plan to bottle to allow time for the sanitize cycle and then for the bottles to cool a little.

I keep an old 7 gallon glass acid carboy filled with star san solution up on a bench, then put as many bottles in a 15 gallon bin as it will hold. Using auto syphon I fill bottles one by one, pushing hose to bottom of the bottle prevents foaming, By the time I am done filling, they can be emptied back into the carboy or a 5 gallon bucket if the foam gets too high in the carboy.

I prefer to bottle more than keg, I have never thought bottling was any harder. I thoroughly rinse bottles immediately after pouring and store upside down to dry. When bottling day comes I fill my bottling bucket halfway with Starsan solution and dunk the bottles and pour them back out and set them on the counter. When my bottles are done, I use the Starsan to soak my hoses, filler caps, etc... I fill a little bowl with Starsan and put the caps in it. When I actually start bottling I pour out the spoonful or so of leftover Starsan out of the bottle and fill, then take out a cap from the bowl and cap it. No infections from bottling in 20+ years.

Cleaning bottles is something I haven't done in years. The thorough rinsing gets everything out. I do look in each bottle before I dunk them, dirty ones get tossed. I don't even own a bottle brush anymore.
