I'm honestly not. I really liked it, I'd say it's up with Beatification, SHBRL, and some Uplands as the best America has made.

It's so great to see this thread and read the comments. It looks like the days of SARA being under the radar are just about over. From the locals who have been there since day one to the people just discovering this brewery, Sante!

Yesterday was an amazing day. In addition to the awesomeness that is Appreciation, I tried too many random beers to remember. Somehow I managed to not wind up passed out in the gutter as well so that was a win.

Whoever was handing out the free banh mi, you deserve a medal sir.

I will echo everything said. Great event, great beers, congrats to Tim & Adair. Too bad the parking lot is not going to fit all the people that are going to show up for their 2nd Anniversary...

Congats to Sante for thier first Anniversary. They are my current favorite brewery. I have tried about 6 of their brews and having met Tim and Adair briefly at a really well organized release in a tasting room that I really enjoy, am very excited for this brewery. Having been to Hunahpu day this year I was expecting total hell for a brewery anniversary with a bottle release. That turned out to not be the case. It was my first visit to Sante and it went really really well. I showed up at 1245 and got the 3rd to last tickets for Appriciation (whew that was close) got in line quickly and bought my bottle limits of the three different bottles and got a glass of the West Ashley to boot ( which I hear is thier next bottle release!). I am in love. I am a saison/wild/sour kind of guy and Sante has the quality and creativity to really pull off some great beers. I will definately make an effort to drive down for future bottle releases and the like. Kudos to Tim and Adair and the staff at Sante!

This was definitely a top notch anniversary party. The crowd was amazing and very generous. Tim and Adair along with the entire staff of SARA handled everything with humble smiles. I agree with AptosBeerDrinker, these guys are most likely not a "local secret" anymore judging from the insane turnout on Saturday. Glad I was able to score my pair of bottles. I will echo what stupac2 said about it being one of the damn finest sours out there right now. I cannot wait to see whats coming down the road from SARA next.

Same here. Hope they release more bottles of Appreciation soon, as someone else mentioned.

Congrats to Tim, Adair, and the rest of the folks at Sante!
