SAVAGES (v2) Hints/Hauls

I am so thankful today on this Thanksgiving. No snow today, so I could see my family. There was yesterday, and we're projected to get a foot from the next storm starting tomorrow. Had a great time with the family. Got my niece's senior picture. Got regaled by the story of my brother in law's sister's teen daughters finding her sex toys in her bathroom. Seeing my sister's male dog trying to hump my BIL's sister's female dog. Had one of the best tasting turkeys I've ever had - only 2nd to the wild one my niece shot several years back. Had some fun visiting friends on the way home, and enjoying a tasty home brewed pumpkin beer.

Now home. Hoping the snow waits till later tomorrow so I can drive a half hour tomorrow to get some BCBS, then run to Pantown for their Drop Forge BA release, before work.

If it is snowing, then just the Pantown release.

I am also so thankful for you all. You're all savages. I'm honored you all let me in. I'm hoping I'm doing a good enough job at my sends, and I'm so honored at the packages that @FFFjunkie , @CanConPhilly , and @jhavs sent me.

Everything is making my cold lump-of-coal heart grow a bit. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

I managed 1 bottle of the Cafe de Olla, I'm good with that though.

 

I was able to get 4 regular, 2 Cafe, and 1 Wheatwine. I could have gotten the Mon Cheri, but it just didn't appeal to me. If I would have gotten to the 2nd store juat a bit earlier, I could have gotten a Rye.

 

Nice regular is easy pickings around here I can still get 18s idk how this year will fare last year vanilla was hard to come by but we dont get the snazzy variants

 

The 2nd store I stopped at, last year, got quite a bit, and I was able to get more Regular a couple of days later. This year the manager said that they only got about 20% of what they got last year. They got 2 Rye, but I was 5th in line, so none for me, but I'm fine with that.

 

Haven’t even tried yet. Our grocery store should have some regular Sunday when I get home and that’s good for me.

 

got 1 regular and 1 wheat wine. But I got 3 bottles each of the 3 SG releases which I am much more excited about

 

I'd be too lol bcbs is good but getting pricey with what else is available

 

Plus we dont get the good reserve or double barrel stuff

 

The only ones I've heard available in our area were base, Mon Cheri, and Cafe de Olla. I doubt any of the variants will be available when I get to land next week but that's ok.

It's not even sold in MS due to ABV limits (I think) and it sounds like LA was an absolute nightmare. Baton Rouge stores only got 6 bottles of variants whereas cities a quarter the size got whole cases, variants were sold at like $40 a bottle in NOLA. Madness man.
