@CanConPhilly decided to send a ninja strike into the air. I came home to an awesome box today full of exciting brews.



A blind beer.
4 beers from Lavante! (A new brewery tick for me. I’ve been watching Matt and what he has to say about this brewery & now I’m bery excited I get to try!)
Ambient Solstice (sour ipa, haven’t had many & would love to try what a new brewery does with it)
Juice o clock (ipa collab w/imprint)
Gran gianduiotto (nitro imp stout w/ Italian coffee, cacao, hazelnut & vanilla. Sounds awesome!)
Death by Glitter (triple ipa. I love trying triple ipas to see what different brewers do with them!)

Then
Raspberry Frozen Swirl Crunchee from Other Half (although it’s not been many, I’ve not had a bad beer from OH & will happily keep trying them. This will be the first from this series for me & sounds great.)

Strawberry Milkshake Ipa (always want to try the milkshakes)
& a completely awesome corked 750 Zinfandel barrel aged variant of their Good Yule saison called “whatever, Nevermind”

to complete it, a TH sticker that will find its home on my beer fridge before the night is up!

I've been terrible at posting hauls on BA in a timely fashion this past year, I think it'll be me resolution this year to do better.

At the end of November, I was a recipient of a ninja box from @FlintB A completely unnecessary but much appreciated thank you box from a GPIUFMB box I had sent him earlier. Only one remains, but the rest were great. Thanks again Brian!

I too have been a slacker when it comes to posting some hauls.
Before Christmas @Franfab decided to play Santa and hit me with this box of awesome goodies!
He had mentioned DeGarde and sent me my first ones from them The Kriek and The Blossom.
Also along for the ride was an excellent Casey bottle(I shared it with my DIL that doesn't like beer and after a taster she filled her glass.
A 2014 MOAS
Frank knows I love some Hop Butcher and this was no exception.
That Benthic was the best Half Acre beer I've had to date and one of my favorite stouts of 2019.

Speciation Phytologia was an awesome one, coffee,vanilla sour aged in whiskey and tequila barrels.
A new brewery tick from Abjuration in a smoothie style kettle sour.
Also some glorious Reese's that definitely make the wife happy to see a box land too.

 

I've been sidelined for the last 2 weeks with two ridiculous viruses, and today was a particularly bad day...until I checked my porch.

Also, my fellow savages, I booked my vacation. From March 19-24th I'll be enjoying beautiful New Bern, NC once again. Very much needed, and I can't wait. I just hope the weather is nicer than when I was last there 2 years ago. It was cold and rainy the whole damn time, and colder than back home at least 1 day.

 

Are we going to war?

 

I can vouch for the Thin Man and Big Ditch beers being very good. Nice box @timmy2b.
