Asked @TheGent to hook me up with some Pastrytown stouts and he was gracious enough to deliver and then some! Typical savage AF response to drown someone else's liver with extras after you just sent them four 15% bottles...

 

A whole lot of butts just got a lot tighter around these parts!!

 

Thanks to @bl00 for a great ninja box today! I made the mistake of mentioning in passing my fondness of Berger's cookies a few months ago, and I was hit with these goodies today. I seriously had hide the Berger's from Mrs. Buck89 before I took the haul pic!
All new ticks from PA and my first Pizza Boy beer! Thanks again Dan! I'm stoked!

 

Similar to @Buck89, I too received beer mail today. However, I was hit with medium flat rates by both members of the PA Pandemic Relief Crew, @CanConPhilly and @bl00. First I opened was from Matt and included 7 IPAs from breweries I had never experienced before, along with one blind beer (already consumed). Three more of you left that he hasn’t hit.



Second, was a box from Dan sent because I made a comment that I didn’t know what Berger’s were. Seven more beers from the Keystone State that I have not had and a nice variety of styles. The helles lager has already been consumed.



My wife and kid thought the cookies were too sweet which just means more for me. They were amazing.

Thanks so much, Matt and Dan. You have both been put on an ever lengthening list of people I need to hit back. Once this pandemic has run its course, you are both on notice.

 

Blind beer review from @CanConPhilly’s box today.


Pours a lemony gold color with little head. Scent is reminiscent of a lemon head candy. Taste is more like a lemon meringue pie with some hops in the background. Real smooth, creamy mouthfeel. I think that it’s a DIPA with lemons, probably from Tired Hands since Matt mentioned something about me never having a beer from there before.

The reveal is Lemon Meringue Milkshake IPA from Tired Hands. It’s delicious. Thank you again, Matt.

 

Those Bergers cookies are so good....Wife actually asked me about them the other day since she was having a pregger craving...haha...i was like, you do remember we are in the Midwest right??!!.....lol

 

I just wanna know what requirement I gotta meet to get one of dem savage glasses

This past week has been pure hell. My world is falling apart in super high speed, with the bud light virus. Sales are down in my restaurant by about 70-90%. My emergency fund of uncashed paychecks is useless.

Then a ray of hope hits me at work.
