Mine was not a target although I wish I was one of his targets. He sends great beer and lots of it. I was merely trying to catch up to what I owe him. Getting close but not quite there yet.

Which reminds me. @LloydDobler sent me an awesome box as part of the BIF in the spring and I was not even one of his targets. I never got around to reciprocating. I need to make things right.

I got a number of stouts that I was waiting for cooler weather to drink. Damn, I think it is gonna be hot forever so decided to have one tonight. My choices were plenty. Still got some awesome stuff courtesy of @JayWhitson , @EMH73 , @FrankenMiller , @r0rschach , @Joplamp , and @LloydDobler . Let the stout canage begin.

@strohme2: All of the even number hints apply to you. I bolded the important parts. Italics are how every hint relates.

Hint I: Rookies BIF official targets of mine are not my targets here, too. Vidblain and FFFJunkie were targets of mine during Rookies 1 and 2, respectively.
Hint II: South is a direction at least one of my boxes will travel.
Hint III: One or both of you has checked into at least 500 more beers than me on Untapped. I have ~1100 total check-ins. You have over 4000.
Hint IV: Those of you who have sent me beer in the past will not be getting return fire this round. Unless I decide to ninja you. You have never sent me beer.
Hint V: Red is the color your state has been on election night for each presidential election since I have been able to vote. This is true for one of my targets, but not so much for the other. I first voted in 2000. Michigan was blue until this past election.
Hint VI: Rally caps will not be needed in the coming weeks for a team in my target's state. The Tigers were terrible and won't be in the playoffs.
Hint VII: States smaller than my own will not be shipped to. Michigan is larger than NY.
Hint VIII: One of my targets lives in a state where I have seen a professional sporting event (NFL, NHL, MLB, NBA, AHL). The other does not. I went to the Lions/Bills Thanksgiving game in the mid-90s. Unfortunately the Bills lost.
Hint IX: Can I bike to your house without crossing an international border? According to Google the answer is yes for one of my targets. But not the other. Google takes me across Canada to get to your house.
Hint X: Have never shaken either of your hands. True for everyone in this BIF.
Hint XI: Have posted more in this thread than both of my targets combined. At the time of this hint, I think I had 2 or 3 more posts than my targets.
Hint XII: Maybe one of the colleges/universities in your state should consider firing their football coach? They didn't do so well this past weekend. Michigan was the correct answer here.
Hint XIII: At least one box I have received in the Rookies BIF originated from the state in which one of my targets resides.
Hint XIV: Each state my target resides in touches a major body of water. Michigan touches 3 Great Lakes.
Hint XV: Central time zone is found in both of my targets' states. True, in the UP, but not by much.
Hint XVI: Two targets = two sets of clues mixed together.
Hint XVII: Have you figured it out yet?

 

Unless someone in here has Ford in their name or location, I'm picking up Michigan vibes on one of your targets.

At first I thought @vabeerguy was erroneously posting cheap white wine in this thread. Then I realized it was I who accidentally posted the following hints in the WBAYDN thread:

Haul Hints

Hint: I visited both of my targets’ states this year. In one case, Twice.

Hint: Both of my targets have had beers from two NJ breweries that will be represented in my boxes. Stouts from both breweries are secured. In fact, the stout portions of my boxes are complete, unless I randomly come across something else of interest. Both of my targets like stouts.

 

It's pretty damn tasty. Cinnamon and vanilla are the dominant flavors with maple syrup on the finish.

 

I can see how you might think that. I can't confirm or deny (well, I could, but I won't).

Hint #1. I am older than them.

Hint #2. They are really cool dudes.

Hint #3. That means everyone on this thread could be a target.

If at such time I am sober, maybe a real hint.

 

Gotta love guys from NJ especially those like me who fuck up once in awhile. Actually I do not want to see which thread i posted the wine. Would not be the first time I posted to wrong threads. Even private conversations.
