Never had any new Glarus but heard nothing but great things about them. GF asked if I'm sharing and that's up for debate lol Much love Jason, really appreciate this porch bomb cheers

Ticking off another one from @FlintB LIF box.


It’s a stout, with some fruit smell. Upon first taste I think I get raspberry, and a little past it’s prime stout. Not sure if there is any barrel, don’t really get any. I’m not going to lie, this is a tough one to get through.

I asked @Oconomowocian to grab some New Glarus Strawberry Rhubarb awhile back. He was out of town when it dropped so he had his beer loving neighbor (Dave) grab me a case. Part of the case was sent to a friend in Texas and the rest to me. I sent a thank you box for Jay and Dave to split a week back. That’s the back story. My box of SR arrived yesterday and some friends came along for the ride.

3 Sheep’s Raspberry Coffee Wolf - love fruited stout (yep, I’m one of those guys).
3 Sheep’s Wolf Barrel Select - this sounds amazing.

3 Sheep’s The Wolf Chocolate Coconut - another one that sounds amazing.
Eagle Park Big BOTM’s - Milkshake IPA with blood orange, tangerine, mandarin, lactose, and vanilla.
Eagle Park Dragonfruit Mango Orange Slush - another one that sounds great.
New Glarus Kid Kolsch - I had this last night. This is really well done and to style.
Central Waters Brandy Barrel Barleywine - another banger
Central Waters Pecan Kringle Stout - I grabbed a 4 pack of this locally, had 1 and went to go buy more but it was sold out so I was happy to see this in the box as well.

Jay - holy crap man!! This is one hell of a box. Tons of really great beers that I’ve been wanting to try for quite awhile. Thank you!!

Gotta keep this LIF train going. I was the lucky winner of @Snrubnivek ‘s LIF so I’m hosting my own. Rules of the game are simple: add up the answers to the questions below and closest person wins a 12 shipper full of beers. No forwarding boxes. The winner agrees to do their own LIF after receiving my box. I’ll keep this open until 8/1 at midnight CST. Please tag me with your guesses so I can record them.

Kevin had a lot of family and sports themed questions in his LIF. Those two items are near and dear to me so I’m going to do the same. Here are the questions:

1) I got my mechanical engineering degree for Iowa State so I have a soft spot in my heart for math. Here’s a formula for you to solve:

(age of child #1)x(age of child #2)x(age of wife)/(yrs of marriage)

2) I collect Iowa State football helmets. How many do I own?

3) Another math problem, but this time around being a season ticket holder at Iowa State:

(yrs football tickets) x (yrs of basketball tickets)

4) Guess how much I spent on purchases at breweries and liquor stores during the month of June.

Tie Breakers
1) How many bottles do I have in my cellar?
2) If there’s a tie (there won’t be), the person who entered his guesses first will be the big winner.

So, what are you playing for??? Well, @Snrubnivek and @NorthStateCustomCraft put some big boy beers in their box, so I’m going to do the same. Here’s two of the 12 bottles (I still need to put together the rest of the box).
