On to my blind beer from @FlintB

Thanks to Brian, @Joplamp & a few from Tavour, easy to tell from the cap this was a Speciation sour. Plus the cork said it.

This is interesting. 1st thing that comes to mind, reminds me of my childhood. My dad got on a juicing kick. Off the wall but I’d say this has beets in it? Definitely something vegetal. I’ll be back with the results.

Couple minutes later getting some sort of light fruit, like watermelon rind flavor. Not too sweet but hard to tell with the overwhelming beet flavor. At this point, I’m 99% sure this was brewed with beets.

And the reveal...

Probably the best I’ve ever done on a blind guess, which isn’t saying much. Got the beets right off the bat. Gotta say, glad to try it but this is by far my least favorite Speciation Thanks Brian for the fun blind!
