Well, @TheGent killed my porch again. Awesome box of cans, cans and more cans. Anthony also took note of my love of fresh roasted coffee. Already cracked open the 1st bag of beans.

Blind bottle that will be consumed (along with a butchered guess) and posted tonight.

Carton-almost new brewery to me, have only tried 1. Pronounced Pier T, Sundae, Black is Beautiful (have been eyeing this series but haven’t seen any locally), 07747, Beach, Dune Fruit.

Bolero Snort Brewery-new brewery to me. Bull Pop & Bulliner Vice...2 Berliner’s that sound awesome. My wife was eyeing these as well.

Kane-DDH Overhead (has Overhead a while back from Anthony), Night Swimming, Party Wave. Had some real good Kane’s last year in a box Anthony sent.

Twin Elephant-Toys in the Attic, killer label.

Anthony, you went above and beyond and I really appreciate it. Looking forward to all of these!

Cheers and enjoy, Kevin! I debated including two lagers, but then I said “F-it.” How’s that coffee? I didn’t get that one for myself but it sounded pretty good.

Heads up on the blind: There is a cork and I believe the brewery logo is printed on it. So maybe have your wife open it if you don’t want to see it.

 

The coffee was excellent, working on a 2nd cup. I'll have Jen open the bottle for me although I could probably see the cap and still make a bad guess. Thanks for the heads up.

Thank you bl00! Everything you sent is new to me. I am overwhelmed - every one of these is a taste treat! And thanks for the coffee beans and the Tired Hands swag.I'm wearing the shirt as I type this.

The Dark Thread on top was the mystery beer. I found it in the box last night and placed it in the refrig for tasting as I opened the rest of the box.



It looked so good, and smelled so good (dark chocolate, cocoa powder, dark malt) I had to take an undisciplined gulp for my first taste. So subtle - every one of the three flavors mentioned,but none are overwhelming. This stout is Just Right!

This beer gets a 5 from me. Just outstanding. I wish I had more - gotta make it to Fawn Grove PA once life (& the world) stops being crazy. Superb mystery, at the right time. Thank you!

Sean my girls have already stolen the chocolate coconut balls, the jerky makes for a great after yard work snack, and they’ve left me alone with some squid jerky? Perhaps? I’m gonna give it a go whatever it is since I love seafood.

Forgive me for sounding like a broken record, but I absolutely adore Funk Factory and Jay has been nice enough to pick up and ship bottles for me for quite a while now. And he threw in some awesome sounding New Glarus and Central Waters brews.
