Savor 2014

This will be my second SAVOR. I enjoyed the debacle SAVOR-ites refer to a SavorNY, so I expect the DC Savor to deliver even moreso.

I made a IP Trading thread over where it belongs (http://www.beeradvocate.com/community/threads/ip-savor-weekend-dc-trades.175130/) for anyone going who wants to meet up and swap some bottles.

 

The building for Savor in DC is very nice, just one big giant room with high ceilings. I heard NY had lots of smaller rooms.

 

Something like that... there was a main room that was decorated and all fancy-like... and the entrance room... and the other room that was... maybe 1/3 of the main room with the Raw Bar, Photoshoot, coatcheck, and a few of the big name breweries. Wasn't terrible... but I can't compare to DC.

Either way, the food and drink was delicious, and the pairing was worth it... esp. considering NYC price standards.
