Art+Science in Sheridan is pretty amazing. Not a brewery but making some cool mixed fruit wines, petnat, cider, and perry. Good stop on the way to the coast.

I was lucky enough to visit the original Logsdon brewery once. It looked exactly like the label artwork.

Cowiche Creek Brewing just outside Yakima is pretty stunning.[IMG]

The location in Hood River closed, that's for sure, and that in itself was a tragedy. I think they still exist, just probably not very scenically these days in Camas or Washougal, or wherever. Then again, their website and their Facebook page haven't been updated since 2021, so maybe they no longer exist at all.

Unforunately, they’re all the way done. Head Brewer Shilpi (good guy, good Brewer) is now at Wolves & People.

That bums me out. Last time I had beers from them, from their WA location, they still seemed really good.

Yes, it was. Even held up after the move. Like I said, I'm genuinely bummed to find out they've closed.

If I recall correctly, their last incarnation was over on SE Division street. The bartender over at Imperial mentioned that they were having problems with their landlord, which eventually led to their demise. She seemed pretty certain that this was the end of the road for them (as Ryan indicated).

Yeah, landlords don't like it when their tenants don't pay their rent. Logsdon has been badly managed ever since Dave Logsdon sold the brewery.

Almost as much as the state hates it whan breweries and bars don't pay their taxes.

I done been back east for a few days, an I haz a couple more left. And, we went to some breweries wit some scenery today. Good times. A couple not good breweries, a couple solid and friendly breweries, a couple of really good breweries.

My Dad woulda loved to have been with us.

Thank y'alll much my PNW homies. Y'all can have fun at some Finger Lakes breweries. Worthy of y'alls time if you're back this way.

I'll post up some scenery pics. If I get to it.

I sincerely thank all the regulars here for being my friends, whether we've met IRL or not.

    Cheers amigos!!!!!
