Anyone want to take charge of a guest list and beer list? I can take care of the spot and room.

 

Yep, May 10 will likely work for us (which is great because we'll probably be driving to Denver for a wedding on May 17 & the days around it). I'll let my brother & some of his buds know too!

 

So I've only used Google Docs a few times, but maybe this Spreadsheet will work (I tried to set it so that anyone can go on and edit it to add names and what they'll be bringing; I'll keep an eye on it as well):

May 10th sounds good to me.... Would it be in the evening?? I work on Saturdays so I wouldn't be available till later in the day

 

I love that the group is already planning the next event! Not sure I can make it in May but will try. Bigby's is a great venue.

 

Sorry for scheduling the next event. I havent even met up with any of you guys for previous events. Hopefully May 10th works for everyone.

Thanks @Crentakey for taking care of the spreadsheet. Might as well start the planning now instead of doing it 2 weeks beforehand and having everyone busy. Dont need to bring whalezbro, but good brews would be appreciated. Last tasting was a great turn out from what I see.

Ran into Pidzik (not sure if he wants me giving out his name/info here) with my husband just a few days ago at Bigby's, & we talked about May 10/ figured this thread might be a little slow until we get closer to the event, but people would start chiming in more frequently as it approaches. From what I know, everything is still a go- just looking for others to add to the spreadsheet!

 

The share doesn't have its own thread yet, maybe 7-10 days before the share we can put up a dedicated thread to help bring more attention to it. As of right now, 6 pages into this thread, It isn't getting a lot of looks.

Do we know a time for it? I'm hoping for later, but idk if that's realistic for a weekend evening at such an establishment.

Unless of course we fill that sheet with a shit ton of people.

can't do this one unfortunately, realized (told) Mother's Day is the next day and Schaumburg Brewfest the weekend before.
