for any Solemn Oath fans, they'll be pouring for a tasting at Foremost Liquors in Arlington Heights (1776 W Algonquin Rd) tomorrow, Friday the 13th from 6 - 8 p.m. I'm typically found there most Fridays for mini-bottle shares. Come one come all! Great bottle shop if you've never been; good guys running the place too.

 

I'll be there a little after 5 p.m. - stop by if you can, bring a bottle of something if you want.

Both were really good although I wasn't as pleased with the Leon as I had expected to be. I think it had already peaked and was past its prime.

 

Anyone here have any interest in doing another tasting anytime in the next few months? I have a decent sized location to host at if no one else wants to...
