Kind of an under the radar gem. This is TOP NOTCH. Just got my first sixer of the season and you will not find a better regular bock. Here's a beer that should be getting notoriety as one of the best in its class. I'm so glad they went back to a traditional bock last year or whenever that was and did away with the Caramel Bock which to me was more along the lines of Mich Amber Bock.
I've been touting this beer since it came out. Great "standard" bock and I haven't had a better US brewed example.
Their traditional bock and pils are two of my favorite beers, hands down. They make such great to-style beers and are taken for granted, IMO
Hope they still have it at that price a week from Friday when I am down there....I doubt it though as they seem to change deals every month...
It was on the back wall in the "clearance" section. There was a good stack of cases left so you never know.
