Debating on getting a bottle though. 17 is too rich for my blood.

This is great news. The whole series have been winners in my book. There is not a single Noble Star, thus far, that I wouldn't buy again.

 

Got to sample the Black Cherry yesterday at Elevated (along with Arminius, which I hadn't had yet). Really excellent. The only other one I've tried was the North Country Brunette, and this was definitely better. The cherry sweetness nicely rounded off the sour edges, and it had great depth of flavor.

Dropped in Iowa City area. About a case at John's. Grabbed the first bottle myself before it was even displayed properly.

 

Had Black Cherry last night at a bottle share and holy shit was it good.

Framboise du Nord
Black Forest Cherry
North Country Brunette

 

Anyone see this is WI, specifically Madison? I haven't had any luck finding it yet. HyVee has carried the others when released, but so far I've come up empty.
