You're burying the lead... IPA??? IPA??? Lordy, lordy... is nothing sacred anymore?

Besides, being included in a sample pack is no guarantee of anything:

That Landbier was great! Hope they bring it back once in a while.

FWIW, the last batch of Pils hit the shelves a while ago, and there’s a good few months left to enjoy it (or maybe even hoard it):

Looks like Schell's Keller Pils has hit stores! I'll be picking up some and doing a side by side with Summit Keller Pils for, like, science. And my belly.

I had a couple Schell's Keller Pils over the weekend. Excellent beer.

Agreed. I definitely like this more than their old Pils. It will be a regular in my fridge. I guess sometimes change is good.

I seen this in the store and can't wait to try one.

I picked the wrong Lent to quit drinking.

Yes this new Keller Pils is pretty good. It does have a little more fruit flavor than the previous version for sure.

I quite enjoy the new Keller Pils. More so than the Summit for me.. But I enjoyed the last batch more than Summit's as well. Glad to see it back, like T&A, can't go wrong with either.

It's a great KP, and different enough from the Summit KP. It's fantastic that they are both available year round now.

Very good beer. I would still put Fair State Keller Kazbek and Summit's over this personally. Utepils has a good version too.

I wouldn't complain about having any these beers though.

Totally agree - FS Keller Kazbek is fantastic, as is the Keller Pils from Utepils. I had the Saphir dry hopped Pils from Venn yesterday and, although it's a different style, found it very enjoyable. I think Venn has quietly become one of the best Minnesota breweries situated along a light rail line with a patio on the east side of the building that also allows dogs.

Schell vs Summit KP? barely comparable there so different. I think Summit is better especially in cooler weather but Schell might be better when it's hot and humid.

Not sure if it has been mentioned in this thread - but the hop presence is definitely there, I am getting a little floral. Do we know what hops they are using?

Somebody mentioned quite sometime ago the quality of lagers we have here...? Not sure who it was. Might be @ZAP?

Their site mentions Callista hops. Not sure what else though....?

I finally got around to trying the Keller Pils.

    Here is my NBS post.

I didn't do a side by side (maybe later...), but my impression is the Schell's is a more "Americanized" kellerbier than is the Summit. Anyway, I liked it.
