    Is it really even a Bier De Garde? I know next to nothing about French beer.

    It's actually a Bier De Noel whatever the hell that is. Closest listed style on here would be a Bier De Garde.

    Whatever it is, I know I like it. Terrific beer in my opinion.

    Biere de Garde is not a truly cohesive style anyway; it pretty much includes all French Ales. As far as I know, there are no true stylistic differences between a Biere de Garde and a Biere de Noel. The latter is just a Christmas version, so the abv may be slightly higher.

    Their Facebook page is saying this is on the shelves in the Cities. Will have to pick some up soon.

    Edit: Their post says that it has been released to the Metro. Not sure if that means it's on shelves or not.

    I finally snagged a sixer of this one and it is drinking very nicely indeed. :slight_smile:

    (Also,the Citra Pils is growing on me...)

    Chimney Sweep is my favorite of the three. Really like this one. Nice amount of smoke.
