Is this attainable in NYC or surrounding areas? I'm headed back home to MA from TX but am landing in NYC for a few days and according to seekabrew Schlafly is the there. Didn't know if anyone could confirm or deny the pumpkin availablity

not sure how far you want to travel but DeCicco's in Brewster has it. That's the closest to NYC that I can confirm. The other DeCicco markets may also have it and are probably closer to you than the 60 minutes drive to Brewster but that DeCicco's location has a pretty awesome beer selection overall.

Saw some at good beer today and they had previously sold out so I believe there is more in the city.

It's definitely available in Westchester. At least it is in my store? Delicious beer to say the least.

Schlafly Pumpkin's ratings IMO are the result of a lack of having access to many pumpkin beers in the mid-west. I relate it to an east coast IPA drinker, say from 5 years ago, who never had a west coast style IPA and thought his eastern pale ales were #1
