If you like Islay whiskies, check out the Lagavulin Cask edition of J.W. Lees Harvest Ale. Amazing stuff.

Nebraska Black Betty is aged in Whiskey Barrels, and is a very tasty imperial stout.

I assume by scotch/whiskey you mean not bourbon? In that case brewdog paradox has a bunch of different versions with different scotch treatments. The one I had was pretty good. I enjoyed it quite a bit.

Here's a map of the beer's distribution, but I can't vouch for its accuracy. I know we get it here in CT. Additionally, it should also be pretty easy to trade for if you trade at all (i.e., it has more Gots than Wants).

    Happy hunting!

If you like bourbon, Central Waters Bourbon Barrel Stout is probably the most bourbony beer I've ever had. Like, incredibly bourbony.

lagavulin j.w. lees definitely available near hartford. look up m&r, manchester wine and liquors; most places a town or two over from hartford have a chance of having it. just call before you go and see which they have. if you have access to a car it's nothing to get from hartford to any of these places.

Great suggestions guys, I will have to do some searching. The only Islay I really enjoy is Bowmore 18 & 15 Darkest, I hope some beers get aged in one of those as soon as possible! Any more suggestions would be appreciated (Im in Maryland if that helps narrow down whats distributed here).
