    Hello,
My local supermarket in Tokyo just started carrying sculpin!! I'm super excited but wondering how fresh it is. Is there a way to tell freshness from the batch number? They are all batch 221. Thanks!

It should have an Enjoy By date on the label, bottom left if I remember correctly, like all other Ballast Point beers.

Does anybody know about dates for sculpin sixtels? I recently got one but there's no date...only a batch number which is 229 or 299... Ink is smudged. I hesitated to buy it but the guy at the store said it was new but I guess it could've been sitting at the distributor before they got it. Don't get me wrong, it tastes good...I'm just curious.
    Thanks.

Thanks, so batch 221 means that it was bottled on 2/21/13?
