Vacation in SD, LA and Joshua Tree coming up. From STL.

After a long day in JT any Twentynine Palms suggestions for a good beer and a burger? Would prefer not to do a lot of driving.

Thanks to this forum I've got my list of craft beer places to visit in SD & LA all set. But what about bottles? Not necessarily specialties or one-offs (although that would be great) but every day offerings by local breweries that I can't get in STL. The stuff you take for granted. Note, I can get most of the basics from AleSmith, Lost Abbey, Almanac, Alpine, Stone, Green Flash and Ballast Point in either MO or IL.

    Thanks in advance BA'ers

Highland Park brewery in LA has some bottles t ok go & great house/guest beers on tap.

Highly recommend checking out Phantom Carriage if you're down by Smog City. Great beers & unique atmosphere for a brewery
