Start the week on 11/2 @ Johnny Brown's Barrel Aged night, and end it @ the Beer Garden at Torrey Pines. Who knows what will happen in between.

Can you have coconut? If so you can have mine as I do not like coconut. Also, if there is a mint version again you can have that too.

P.S. did you want to car pool for Chris's bottle share?

I love coconut and mint - I'll take you up on that. :grinning:

    Definitely!

Last year we almost started a riot at Million Zillion night. This year I am starting the Riot at the bottle share and not ending it until I am dead 9 days later!

. Make sure you let them know you're allergic so they're careful not to give you a nut version on accident. Last year they gave me the chipotle twice instead of chipotle and bourbon BA.

Not really. Per the latest Obriens newsletter: "And we are still waiting on final confirmation from AleSmith on our Speedway night, though the initial list sent over by the brewery listed 14 styles including some with Nutella, Peanut Butter, Pistachio, Sour Cherries and Coconut (not all in the same beer mind you)."

Ah yeah. Luckily I'm not deathly allergic, so I can still take a sip and tell.

Most nut browns do not, in fact, contain nuts.

I am guessing Sage is more concerned with the " Nutella, Peanut Butter, Pistachio" versions of BASS, and not nut browns, as I am sure I have seen him drink some.

Ah, I thought they might be bringing over the -bal NutBrown that's currently pouring is delicious!

I was able to try that thanks to another BA. It definitely is delicious. I love the idea of low ABV bal beers. I have also enjoyed Ballast Points BB sextant and black marlin.

Alesmith is now filling their Grumblers with barreled/special beers. Pretty good deal.

If anyone is interested in anything from the Mass area let me know. I will be in SD from the 5th - 11th and could meet up at Toronado or O'Briens. Unfortunately I live about 3 1/2 hours from The Alchemist so no heady topper or other Vermont kind request.

Sometime during the 8th through 10th might work for me. So far I'm only committed to events on the 2nd, 4th and 11th. But I need to see what else is going on in North County.

For sure Chris's bottleshare, probably hit up the sour tap-takeover at Stone on the way home. MOST DEFINITELY NOT MISSING NIGHT OF A MILLION ZILLION SPEEDWAYS. I have lived in regret since missing last year's.

Question for the BA collective. I've got tix for the Guild fest on the 3rd. But, now my girlfriend wants to go as well. But, she has a gluten sensitivity so I'm thinking to get her the DD ticket, and have her bring in a bottle of wine, or a flask. Anyone know if bringing in outside booze, to a prepaid booze fest is an issue?
