SE Wisconsin Bottle Hunt

Not sure if any left after last night but they did have 14 bottles of BA Density left at Good City around 7pm. Really impressed with it and their new barleywine was good too.

 

Agreed on the barley wine and I grabbed a Density too. They said they have a lot more that they plan on holding back for a while too for verticals and other stuff.

 

Grand Prestige is a barrel aged imperial brown. Have a bottle but have not tried yet. Sendiks in Greenfield got a case of Baptista. I got tons of X hop gold, nug mo, zeelander and 1492. Grand Prestige, WWS and ET/WB Biscotti Cake Break also.

 

Anyone know when we're gonna see some Hopslam?

I know I am probably a couple weeks early, but anybody know when Sump will hit. I have been pretty poor on timing lately but that is one I don't want to miss.

 

I will be in Milwaukee tomorrow for a med appointment. Is there any fresh Pseudo Sue lurking about??

 

Noticed that Sump hit Madison today (Jenifer Street Market). Not sure what that means for areas east.

Decided to head up after work. Went to the cheese castle and it was there. It probably is all over Kenosha too.

 

DDH Sue is at Discount, along with Zeelander. The only place I have seen reg Psuedo Sue is Three Cellars Franklin. I saw it there last Friday and there was a few 4 packs. Not sure how fresh.

Regarding Pseudo Sue, is anyone a member of the Tavour app? For those unfamiliar, it's a free app that sends you notifications of one or two featured beers a day. If you aren't interested in the beer, don't act on it. However, if it's a brew you're interested in you can add it to your "crate". Then at the end of each month they mail you all the beers in your crate ($15 shipping fee + the cost of the beer). I find this app useful to obtain beers you don't normally see in your liquor stores. Anyway, Pseudo Sue was the featured today, and I picked up 2 cans of it.

I know this is not exactly a SE Wisconsin find (even though it's where I live), but anyone with a smart phone can have access to it.
