Searching for great saisons

    You can find Firestone Walker Lil Opal on the shelves in Boston, not sure about Texas. A great saison. As was already mentioned I believe Fantome has saisons on the level of HF.

    Orpheus Brewing's Lyric Ale and Atalanta are both stellar and come in cans. I highly recommend them. They only distribute in Georgia, though. Would require a trip or a trade.

    Hennepin by Brewery Ommegang has long been my favorite for saisons. Hopefully they distribute your way!

    Might be one of the most "complicated" beers I have ever had. Not sure really how to put it into words but I love it.

    I'm having a hard time mustering up the empathy to suggest saisons to someone that uses the term "HF shelfies."

    My two personal favorites outside of Saison Dupont are Victory's Helios and Saison De Lente by the Bruery...unfortunately both won't be out until early spring.
