    Vote in the poll. FWIW, Bellingham Beer Week is Sept 11-20, with our Octoberfest on friday 19th. Perhaps a venue might be interested in hosting one of those weekends?

    I voted for the 3 later August weekends, and Sundays work better for me. But, I have some flexibility.

    I'm pretty flexible on dates. I live on Vashon so hopefully one of these meet-ups will be in Seattle or West Seattle. Looking forward to it.

    Didn't actually vote, but I vote earlier so that perhaps #3 can be at the end of October when I am back in town from Europe :grinning:

    #3 will be in Bellingham, I'm hosting my 2nd birthday bottle share, with a tentative date of Saturday, Nov 7.

    So, we've got two weekends tied. I prefer August, as I've got a big work weekend that September weekend. What do we use as a tie breaker? Any suggestions for a location?

    I think you're the tie-breaker, Terry. At a certain point, you gotta pick a date and whoever makes it, makes it. Sounds like you got positive feedback on the August date, so go for it.

    Thanks. I just don't want to seem like I'm being too pushy. I was the one who chose the date for the first one, because it was convenient for me, and I don't think it's fair that I push for a date that benefits me, specifically, again.

    We'll see what happens over the next 3-4 days. Meanwhile, who has a suggestion about a location? Maybe Seattle area folks can reach out to potential spots and see what kind of response they get.

    I would also suggest maybe that everyone re-cast your vote over the next week for your top two options... may change the tiebreaker.

    i would love to attend but i think i could only make saturday the weekend of August 29-30.

    couple ideas for the location (not sure if any are possible or if the owners would be open to it, just throwing stuff out there):
    - fremont: normally the smaller West side doesnt open until later in the day, could they be open to letting us idiots hang out in there
    - the pinebox - could have our own little area outside or upstairs where we wouldnt get in the way?
    - beveridge place - big enough place that we could have an area where we wouldnt be in the way i think?
    - Brouwers - wouldnt be my pick unless we could do it in the outdoor area...that place is too dark for me to spend time in during the day :slight_smile:
    Most of the other places I go are too small to have a group of people not being super in the way...if Toronado worked out well and they are up for hosting again I wouldnt be opposed to that...

    I'm OK with holding it at Fremont. If only for the fact that that I would finally get to meet Rufus. Maybe he can even bring @BuckeyeOne along with him.
