I'm taking a trip to Seattle in the near future, but will only be there for a day or so. What breweries would you suggest I visit? I'm thinking about Pike and Elysian.

Personally, for one day trips, I'd say Fremont, Big Time, and Naked City are the must hits. There's a nice cluster of breweries on the South side, Schooner Exact, Two Beers, Emerald City, Georgetown and Big Al are all close, so you could hit a lot of breweries in a short time. I also like Elysian Fields, near the stadiums.
