Hello all. I know this topic has been discussed before plenty of times but I wanted to post it with specific dates to see if there is any events going on. I am going to be in seattle ( staying in Belltown) for a conference between oct 20-23 and want to to hit up the best breweries in town. I know there are alot of beer bars also that have been recommended. In your opinion in 3 lists, which are the breweries that you must visit, the beer bars you must visit, and the restaurants you must visit. And if there is any specific events going on during this time too. Thanks for the help. The beer community has always directed me in all the right directions.
https://www.beeradvocate.com/community/threads/visiting-seattle-summer-2016-update.432250/ Best is going to be a matter of opinion. If best=hyped, Cloudburst, Holy Mountain, and Fremont are your go-to's. These are not over rated breweries just the ones that most folks around here get moist panties over.
My definition of best is where am i going to get the tastiest beers. Barrel aged, not barrel one offs. That summarizes most of the things I wanted. Thank you so much!!
Urban family has been putting out a ton of great stuff, including many fantastic BA sour beers. And they are a 5 min drive from HM, which is a plus for sure.
Breweries: HM, if Fremont still has BBADS on (or has released BBOMB). Reubens may have their BB Stout on then too? Bars: Fresh hops on at brouwers all month, Pine Box is excellent. Restaurants: read through seattle.eater.com, unless you're looking for beer specific places?
