Long Island’s newest brewery has finally opened. I tried 1, 2, and 4 and I came away pretty impressed for a brand new brewery. Loved the Galaxy in Screaming Cowboy, was my favorite of the 3 beers, although This is Heavy Doc was a very close 2nd. Definitely taste the Citra and Lemondrop. The Azacca was lacking a bit, imo but I have to say, good start and I hope they succeed. Nice vibe there, and a welcome addition.

Do you know what their days/hours are?

Love the name of the first beer.

They're 10-15 minutes away and I've got several days off over the next two weeks, so I'm definitely going to try to get over there. The board lacks diversity and plays it safe (but smart too) with all the IPAs plus a blonde and a wit, but it's very early so I'll cut 'em slack.

As of now, just Friday-Sunday, I think 3-10 Friday and 12-10 Saturday and 12-6 Sunday. They’re not doing growlers or flights yet either, but they said that’s just to start and that will change.

Pretty big space and more than enough tanks in the back. I didn’t stay long enough to talk to anyone involved with the Brewing but it definitely looks like they have the capacity to make a lot of beer.

I'm stopping by in a couple hours. Place is 5 minutes from the house.

I saw they added another ipa and a common beer to their taplist.

Yeah, tried the Floral Incandesence Porpoises. It was a nice earthy DIPA. The Screaming Cowboy was a more robust, dry hopped DIPA.

Place was packed. They are raking in money the first couple weeks. I like the large taproom and in warmer months it seems like a nice place to hang out.
