I was wondering if it's that good of beer or just being pushed by the crowd vote.

For me it's a well balanced West Coast IPA. Nothing extreme but it plays out well and is very refreshing. I have always been a fan of Pale Mosaic, Dankosaurus, Raja, Meta Modern, Two Hearted etc type of beers more than IBU high early hop addition offerings.

Love to see yellow rose against art car. I love them both, but buy art car much more often.

I wouldn't put to much stock in these brackets. Poles like these are easily manipulated by a popularity contest.

Isn't that the idea vote for your favorite and the most popular choice wins?

Its just a fun bracket, no need to give it more weight than needs be. I enjoyed it last year, and am enjoying it again. Thats all there is

OK, people generic coffee sweetener tasting 7 Spanish Angels over 5 O'Clock, which is one of the best Pilsners in the state? Come on, now I might get upset. (not really )

Ha. A 9% Stout (Buried Hatchet) is the #1 seed in the "Easy Drinking" category and making a run at the final 4. Too funny.

It's a classic for sure! But easy drinking?

I agree with much of the sentiment in here.

I'm shocked EZ-7 & Yellow Rise have fallen off to.....wait for it....7 Spanish Angels? And Tasty AF?!?

Ive never been much of a fan of 7SA, but to someone new to craft, I suppose I see the appeal.

Ill admit, I havent had anything by Saloon Door. Tasty AF sounds like a peanut butter stout. Thats cool. But final 4 quality??? Im skeptical.

Didnt vote in the final two. Just dont feel like my vote would be creditable since I dont have much to say anout eother beer.

I just had Tasty AF on nitro yesterday. Tried more out of curiosity and because of this bracket, but it is basically a novelty. If Zima or Mikes Hard Lemonade came out with a desert alcoholic beverage, this would be it. The nitro and all the additives basically mask everything and its just not something I care to have again. Though I guess if this is what the kids like these days who am I to judge?

And @champ103 if you watched the college basketball March Madness, you could say
"Though I guess if this is the way the kids play these days who am I to judge?". So only appropriate that Tasty AF win the bracket

@champ103 - thanks for the input on that. I havent had Tasty AF, but considering this years bracket, I felt it was something I should try (despite healthy skepticism that I likely wont enjoy it). Your post seems to confirm my feelings.

I was disappointed with the final outcome of this years bracket. If I had my way - EZ-7 woulda been the winner among the final four. But, also love YR so wouldnt have been disappointed if they took another win.

Rather, I didnt even vote in the final 2 because neither beer I felt I had much experience with. Total bummer.

Tasty AF is just ok. Shouldn't have sniffed the finals IMO... but these types of things can't be taken seriously. Yellow Rose losing to a beer like that is just plain silly... oh and the 7 Spanish Angels beer.... meh.

Yeah I had it on nitro, so wish I had a regular co2 version. Will give them this, they nailed it as a peanut butter cup beer. I enjoyed it

I totally disagree; 7 Spanish Ladies is a fine adjunct ale and IMHO, a delicious beer. With that said, Cortado was robbed by it's sibling. Best beer from the 713!

    All in good fun...
