If same style, rinse with hot water and dry, use again.
If different style, use new glass or thoroughly clean out first, but no soap.

Rinse with water and shake, unless it's (gasp!!!) the same freakin beer!

Occasionally I will go to a different style of glass, if the situation warrants it.

At the end of the night the glass is properly washed, rinsed and dried- ready for next time.

If I'm using the same glass - cold rinse followed by hot rinse followed by cold rinse. Shake off excess water but leave the inside wet. Pour second beer.

Different glass - grab glass, cold rinse, shake excess, pour.

Only thing that makes sense to me.

Depends on my mood honestly. I usually drink a bomber a night. If I change styles I change glasses. Otherwise, same style, same glass, just a good wash after each beer change. My Lagunitas Mason and Craftgeer mason are my usual glasses or my Dogfish IPA glass for certain special IPA's. I bust out the snifters for most stouts or if I'm just feeling in the snifter mood.

Rinse, shake and pour. I am not huge on needing the right style glass for each beer so I'll usually stick with the same glass across multiple styles.

Rinse and swirl, pour it out. No soap really needed or wanted.

Most of the time these days I am drinking out of a snifter, but use a pint glass with something like a zombie dust or other fragrant IPA/PA. I typically will rinse my glass out and drink the left over sip that sticks in the bottom. Then pour my beer and enjoy.

I give a good rinse and then either shake the water out real good or occasionally dry with a paper towel prior to pouring beer number two. If beer number two is something special that requires different glassware, which is rare, then I'll make the switch to the appropriate glass.

    A new glass.

I have a cabinet full of glasses and I use the dishwasher, so it is all easy.

Definitely a new glass unless it's a repeat for some reason of the last beer I drank. I like to start fresh, and I've heard that a clean glass dry will create more lacing?

Home go-to glass is a shaker pint. I have a collection of 50+ but have my duplicates in regular use rotation.
Same beer [brewery & style] = same glass
Different beer [style or brewery] = different glass

Depends on what I'm having. I love my snifter and is usually my go to glassware. I only rinse after the first beer if I'm having something really exciting, hyped, never had before, rarity, etc. Other than that, I rinse the glass after the second beer I have if I'm having a third.
