    What I would propose is 3 beers, all microbrewery, ideally local to the sender, one of which is a big %
    Oh & we would need someone to do the who sends Who thing, ideally someone trusted but not participating

    Okay...6 so far and I think its a go even if we are a sad little group. Still loads of time for others to jump in assuming we don't really need a cut off until 1 Dec or so. As a transplant, I don't actually have any idea how long it takes to ship something 2nd class across the UK in the weeks before Xmas, but assume it isn't very long.

    I think you are spot on, the first gives 1 full week to go to a good beer shop & two weeks to ship.
    Like I said I’ve bought the beers
    Can we agree also to what I said
    3 beers gives the balance of good choice and not massive cost on postage
    & microbrewery because you don’t want to end up with Marston’s lol
    Also ideally local as it’s nice to get something not available to yourself but not every area has local
