Sediment at the top?

    there is sediment floating at the top of my brew in secondary... I've never seen a beer with floating particles...

    what could this be?

    and can i get rid of it before bottling/in the bottling process?

    There is no sediment floating at the top of your brew.

    I don't think you'll get rid of it. You'll either have it settle to the bottom, or you have an infection. Either way, give it some time, taste it and act accordingly.

    Doesn't sound as tasty as fruit on the bottom :slight_smile:
