    All,

My posse is headed to Vermont from Thursday, August 6 to Sunday, August 9 to eat, drink, buy local beer to bring home, drink, play golf, hit a local water hole, drink beer, etc., etc.

Local BA's have been very helpful in the past providing input on trip plans---all suggestions are welcome on our preliminary itinerary.

Am I missing anything awesome? Where I have several options, what is the best way to go? Does this plan make logistical sense (considering drive times and the like) Thanks!

Hotel - I booked reservations at two different hotels: Comfort Inn & Suites, South Burlington, and Best Western Plus, South Burlington. Which is better?

    Nice Job!

    A couple of thoughts:

Lunch at Lost Nation is a must

Burlington Beer Co. is in Williston, hit them first after golf as it's a bit out of your way

Friends that have stayed like the Comfort Inn better than the Best Western

By the time Saturday night rolls around you will have had most good Vermont beer, I would skip VPB & Farmhouse, head to Flatbread for the house brewed beer & killer flatbreads & salads

Consider Three Penny Taproom in for Sunday Brunch

For your Burlington night out I highly recommend hitting up hen of the wood. Make reservations for your party, and it's not the cheapest place around, but it's worth it. Grab some focal banger and their mushroom toast (to die for). Their rolls are also killer (order off menu, not complimentary, worth it). Or a cheese plate with a bottle of backacre. I did all this a couple weeks ago and it was the highlight of my trip.

Only final thought would be "can I come with you?"

But seriously, sounds like an awesome trip. I went to Parker pie for the first time last weekend and loved it. I was concerned that the pizza would be ok and the tap list was what boosted its acclaim, but I actually found the pizza to be amazing. I haven't been to lost nation yet... So I'm not disagreeing with youbrewidrink above
