2 bombers a night, if 12oz bottles 3-4 a night depending on alcohol content. If one bomber is 9-11% then the next bomber will be 5-8%. By then I'm feeling pretty good, but I'm 21 so I can handle my alcohol.

No real limitations, but I do have some very common trends.

-None on days I have work at 9 the next morning.
-A couple on days I have work at 11 or 2 the next morning
-As many as I feel like on days I don't have work the next day.

I typically don't drink on days I workout or play hockey. Keep them seperate mostly.

That is pretty amazingly awesome as that is a shit ton of calories in beer.

I try to keep to my "rule of 15", but it's strictly a guideline and I'm free to shit-can it when I want. But most days I do stick to it-3 beers of 5% ABV or 2 7-8% ABV beers. As I've said before it's not a rule, there are no scorekeepers but I've found it gives me a reasonable target for daily drinking.

I aim to have more beer free than drinking days over a year. I only drink high abv (mainly Belgian) beers on Fridays or Saturdays.

I'm surprised more people don't factor sports into their beer drinking regiment. A beer after a long bike ride. Beer every time the game is on. Etc.

I tried to stick to the only on weekends thing, that lasted well let's just say it didn't last that long. M-F I'm a one or two beer a night guy, Friday and Saturday are wide open. There is plenty of time to not drink when I'm dead

If I don't have the money for it, I don't buy it. If I'm sick, I don't drink (as of now, I haven't had a beer since last Sunday). If I don't feel like drinking, I don't. Not really self limitations. Just common sense stuff.

None really but after 40+ years of drinking I know that when I'm out at a bar if I don't leave after 4-5 there's a good chance I'll be there to closing.
Haven't done it in a long time but opened and closed a bar way too many times in the past. Gets expensive and hurts like hell the next day.

It's not deliberate, but I'll rarely drink more than one beer if I'm on my own. If I'm with other people... :grinning:

I drink beer like it's my job.

Last night I was tired and just wanted to go to sleep but I had only had three beers for the evening so I bucked up and finished the 6 pack.

For good measure I finished with a glass of Johnnie Walker Red.

Just curious - is there any reason to avoid gluten if you haven't got an allergy?

I'm at the office by 630am M-F, so I limit myself by not opening another beer or bottle of wine after 830pm.

Try to go 2-3 nights a week without any beer.

No beer until Friday - Sunday. Probably then limit consumption to an amount which will ensure I am hangover free. Had this system in place for about a month now. Previously was drinking two to three beers a night after work (usually a pils).

1-2 per day, sometimes more on a Saturday. It's my reward for working out at least an hour each day, 6-7 days a week.

I am at work at 6 AM Tues - Fri. On Mondays I am work at 5 AM. My rule is no drinking after 3 AM. The secret is pacing and evening napping.

I am that beer drinker after a long bike ride. I have to have at least a twenty mile ride in to justify a beer as soon as I'm done.
Yesterday I turned 52 and took a 52 mile ride to celebrate having another year on this crazy planet. I got home and had two Sculpins and smoked a nice Maduro to complete my afternoon and kick off Friday night!

I typically have around 4 beers an evening during the week, either Lagunitas IPA or usually Torpedo's! Bombs away!

My better half and I have a one beer = 1 hour at the gym thing going.

It actually works and thanks to her I can enjoy my beer and be more in shape than I otherwise would be since she likes beer as much as me and also abides, which makes it easier to stay on top of it.
