I have done plenty of beer shipping but need to send a proxy a shipping label so I can cover shipping cost. What's the easiest way to do this? I know this is a common practice but am a little clueless.

If I just create a package on UPS I'd need to have box dimensions and enter in all of proxys info as sender?

Or is flat rate much easier for this sort of thing?

Is there no just bill to sender option? Where i can just authorize a sender to bill my account?

    Thanks in advance

    Cheers

Just like anything else. Create a label to ship yours.

    Ups/fedex will charge you accordingly.

    Nothing special

Whether you use UPS/FedEx you have to have an account to create a label online. Make the label addressed to you from whatever address the proxy will be shipping from. Once created you have the option to email it to them and they can print it after that. You’ll basically estimate the dimensions unless they know exactly what box they plan to use and if it doesn’t match when the box is dropped off your account will be charged to cover the disparity

    Any shipper...create label...instead of printing...save as PDF

Email PDF to proxy or screen shot label and send
