I am an industrial design student at Appalachian State University working on minimizing a 5-10 gallon all-grain brew system to fit into a small apartment or small home. I will be working on this project for the next 4 months but right now am in the research phase. as part of my research i am surveying people who brew beer at home about their experiences and how they interact with their equipment.

if you currently brew beer i would appreciate if you took a few minutes and completed my survey.

    Thank you for your help

You're going to want to post this in the homebrewing forums. One of the mods should move this for you.

Are you aware that these already exist? Such as:

    Picobrew (2.5 gallons)
    Brewie
    Braumeister
    Blichman Brew Easy

    5-10G batch-size for an apartment?
Only if the workflow is a self-contained unit from wort to kegerator which doesn't leave much room for a sofa.

    Also ... DONE!
