I am sure they just did not know about it. And if they did, personally, I do not care. It is a delicious beer. I doubt those two beers will ever be sold in the same state so the confusion won't happen.

I still consider the house across the street from mine as neighbors, though.

I hope New Holland coming leads to Dragon's Milk. While it is not an incredible BA Stout, having a year round affordable BA Stout would be awesome.

New Holland is a welcome addition.

It is probably DFW only to begin with (for New Holland - it is through Andrews)

Probably just a different size of container or a small label change/ABV change.

My guess is that would be the brewery. Sublime Imports is the importer.

They are also starting to make some other variations of it too.

Excited on the Elevation False Summit Quad.

Stout BC makes 15%abv "moonshine" that will be sold in some bomber sections of your local grocery stores. Products like this take away from real craft beers and limit selection.

Sorry make that 14% abv "malt substitute beer" whatever that means.

Indeed. Looking over their website I came across their "About" blurb, which is just brimming with marketing speak. These folks sound like the brewery equivalent of a boy band.
    *************
Stout Brewing Company was founded in 2012 with the notion of creating something different – innovative brewing and packaging solutions that are not currently available on the market. Wanting to not be a part of the status quo, Stout Brewing Company brought together a unique team of individuals to create new methods of production and brands that would forge its own niche in the alcoholic beverage industry, as well as improving upon the current standards.
