    Only properly read the first part and skimmed the rest - will definitely give it a proper read at lunch time.

    But from what I read, I think it seemed like a pretty well thought out, balanced and accurate piece.

    This being BA, I'm sure people will be able to pick holes in it. Will be trying my best too, once I've read it all. :wink:

    Read this yesterday. I've gotta say, I love all the beer and alcohol pieces Serious Eats keeps pumping out.
