    This one. Sitting at 3.8% is clearly within the session beer ABV limit which is allowed. Although most americans wouldn't be aware of it...

    New Albion Ale. I know people were underwhelmed by it but to me its my perfect session beer.

    at 6% ABV, this doesn't even fit into the BA limit of 5%, the highest-ABV definition for "session beer" out there.

    Any beer that contains no higher than 5 percent ABV, featuring a balance between malt and hop characters (ingredients) and, typically, a clean finish - a combination of which creates a beer with high drinkability. The purpose of a session beer is to allow a beer drinker to have multiple beers, within a reasonable time period or session, without overwhelming the senses or reaching inappropriate levels of intoxication. (Yes, you can drink and enjoy beer without getting drunk.)

    A beer that folks and friends can drank a whole lot of, while eatin' BBQ, without fallin' down drunk, and makin' a complete arse of themselves. Sessionable enuff for me.

    Damn, was researching some lighter beers that I enjoy on occasion and can't find anything under 5%. But many in that 5-6% range. I guess it depends on the person. If someone turns 21 and has their first drink they may get drunk drinking a session beer. I've been drinking for 20 years, so a few 6% don't 'overwhelm my senses'. Again not saying there's anything wrong with session beers, just not my thing.

    Did a websearch and here are 2 definitions I found on 'session beer':
    1. A beer that goes well with marijuana smoking, or more specifically, a beer that is good to drink during a marijauna smoking session.
    2. A session beer is what a beer snob drinks when he wants to get plastered. Session beers are at least moderately expensive.
