    Every week is Burrito Week
Sancho's and Como Esta both make some pretty good Fish tacos.

Planning to hit Original Gravity in SJ tomorrow for the Altamont Brewing lineup. I have had their Scarcity IIIPA and Mac Drizzle before (both good), but any recommendations based upon the following lineup?

    Salty Rita Kettle Sour
    Hella Lite
    Hella Revised IPA (Revision Collab)
    Maui Waui IPA
    Hop Wash IIPA
    Dub Red
    Mac Drizzle
    Juice Above the Clouds IIPA
    Scarcity IIIPA
Bourbon Barrel Something New Imperial Oatmeal Stout
    Grapefruit Hella Hoppy (Nitro)
    Nutty Operator (Nitro)

I've enjoyed Maui Waui in the past and Juice Above the Clouds is supposed to be good. I'd also be curious about their kettle sour and BA stout, since 99% of their lineup is normally hops.

Which farolito? Also order the Super Suiza next time. Al Pastor. It's basically a grilled burrito and has zero rice in it. It's the best Al Pastor I've ever had and I try it everywhere I go!

Also, is anyone going to toronado tonight? Know any info?

The one on Mission. I'll check out the Super Suiza. Have you tried the pastor at Tacos Leo, Mexicali, or Salazar in LA?

Also someone mentioned Pancho Villa, but that was one of the places I tried when I used to live here in the early-mid 2000s. I remember asking them to hold off on beans once and they ended up giving me more rice instead. Next time I went, I asked for no rice and beans and they refused. I tried the San Mateo location as well as the Mission location.

I'm not a fan of pancho villa. Across the street there's Coyotes which has some amazing red salsa and good al pastor. They also do the California burrito, w french fries. I have not tried any of those in LA but I will next time!

Meh. Trillium sucks. All beers at Rare Barrel gone by 630p. Didn't they know to bring more?

Also wasn't impressed with their offerings (although Dialed In would have been good, but that sold out within 20 mins).

I've also never seen a line THAT long at Rare Barrel ever. When I looked back before opening it was halfway down the parking lot.

It seemed like most of us early in the line had the same idea of grabbing a Dialed In from the front bar and then jumping in line to get a beer from the back bar. It's too bad the kegs kicked early on, but TRB did have some interesting beers on, and also had Alvarado's Trois Cabrones collab beer later on in the night.

Glad I tried some of the Trillium offerings (had pours or sips of 5/7 of the beers) since I haven't been able to travel back east in a while and stopped beer trading a few years back. Good, but nothing too mind blowing though, enjoyed Fort Point and Vicinity the most.

Kinda wished RB did half pours last night. Luckily I was able to find someone to split them with me. Probably woulda got smashed if I had full pours of all 6 Trillium offerings.

I had the BA Something New. Not in my top five of BA Stouts, but a very good BA stout worth trying.
