I had some Belgian Beer in the trunk of my car tonight and the bag spilled and the bottle rolled around in the trunk. I was wondering what that does to the beer? I plan on drinking it tomorrow night.

Should be fine by tomorrow if it didn't break. I don't normally drink transported beer the same day. Also, I don't think a little rolling will do anything to it. Remember, your beer is going through a lot more when it gets to the store.

Depends on sediment. How much it has. I let sours rest for a few days after receiving them via trade before drinking them, though I also don't mind the sediment soooo...

Toss it in the fridge standing upright. You should be fine. Open over the sink just in case. If cork and caged, be careful when you take off the cage in case the bottle uncorks itself!

Yes let it settle before you drink it. If the beer is only in the trunk for the ride home then no big deal. I also like the sediment. If you are in some upscale bars they leave it in the bottle and then pour that last ounce into a shot glass. ('cause that's how they do it in Europe I guess)

The reeeaallly upscale bars discard the first 24oz and just serve you the shot of sediment. I don't frequent those establishments. ()

The CO2 is more soluble at a colder temperature, so I agree with getting it cold. Keeping it upright will minimize contact with oxygen in the bottle. Waiting for it to settle would be my preference too.
