    There is a loooong list of commercial brewers I would like to have a beer with but if I had to pick one it would be Shane Welch (@Sixpoint). I have communicated a lot with Shane and it has always been a pleasure. He is a stand-up guy in addition to being a talented brewer.

    Based upon the number of posts so far in this thread it would seem that somebody should start a fan club for Shane!?!:rolling_eyes:
