    You sound really stingy.

Personally, at least half of my beer is opened with other people. And there's none of this "small taste" bullshit. I share it equally among everybody involved.

I give away a large portion of my home brew. I give out store bought frequently as well. I find it very enjoyable to see someones face light up with enjoyment. Disgust can also be fun to witness as well though. :stuck_out_tongue:

Maybe were just bad guys but I feel the same way. If you are into craft beer and can appreciate it then my pleasure. I just don't want to open you a bottle of Bourbon County and have you make a face and say it's nasty because then I will have to drink your backwashed beer for you

I wish I knew someone close to me that appreciated "good beer" . I guess "good beer is subjective" it's all in what You like. I'm always willing to share. Some of my friends only like adjunct beers and they can't taste the difference.

I buy all my beers to share with friends, beer is a social thing and living in the UK getting the big American beers is always a big thing so I'll get my tasting group together and share

Even in bars I'm happy to let people have a taste if curious. Just promotes the craft scene!

I'm down for sharing ONLY if I think they're goin to like it. Wasted too much great beer on people that try what I give them and then say "yeah, but do you have something like Guinness?"...

    Well that escalated quickly.

What is the appropriate ounce level to share in order to escape the collective wrath of the angry BA army? I split a bottle of Sucaba 3 ways with my dad and his wife. Verdict? Am I unclean?

My friends are always welcome to a taste and/or split of any bomber or growler that I open. They also know that anything in my beer fridge is fair game. I keep my rare stuff on a shelf until the day I am ready to drink it to avoid "tragedies" and even then anyone that is over at my place will probably wind up with a taste.

I once shared some beer I was pretty excited about with a friend and she puckered right in front of me and asked if I had any Bud Light. :slight_frown:

I have a routine on Fridays and Sundays ( work schedule permitting ) whereas I always bring an obscure/hard-to -find, or brewer who's not distributed in my state bottle or bottles to my favorite local craft bars to share with others !

I share damn near every time. Last night perfect example, 100+ people party (mini hometown fest), 10 kegs, my cooler (about 14 beers). My bassist ran out of beer, I gave him a flower power, I "traded' my boss a flower power for yuengling light, as well as split a founders breakfast stout with him. Gave everyone and anyone a sip of Live/flower power if they even talked to me, gave a dude in the hot tub this morning at 7am a Live and his jaw dropped, someone 'helped themselves' to a hell or high watermelon (kind of a dick move, he didn't even know whos cooler it was, but I brought 2 so didn't actually care). The only time I was stingy last night was when my buddy asked if he could grab one and I said yes, he was nice enough to hold up the beer while I was jamming with a 'can I have this one' look on his face. It was the only festina peche I brought and I really wanted it for when I wanted deliciousness without the alcohol. I shook my head no, but he was then rewarded with flower power.

I share all the time. Why wouldn't I? That's one of the best parts of drinking beer.

I'll share with anyone who's interested, which is a depressingly low amount of my friends. And, often times, the ones that I'll share with would be just as happy with a Shock Top or a Yuengling, so I portion size accordingly.

One of my buddies who absolutely loves SA Chocolate Bock is coming into town today. I wonder how the bottles rotting at the bottom of my pantry are tasting...

I share with friends every opportunity I can. I feel that even if they don't like it maybe that next time they will and that's how I was able to start my enjoyment of Craft Beer.

All the time, I gave away a Westy 12 last week to a friend who like Belgian brews, I also gave away two growlers of HF stuff. I like to share almost as well as trading.
